At IBU SUSU, we are passionate about creating delicious Asian Fusion dishes, designed for guests to share. From small bites like crispy chicken steamed buns, spinach & mushroom dim sum, red snapper carpaccio, and Ketut’s wicked wings, to larger plates such as rich beef rendang, drunken chicken, and our much-loved roast pork belly—every dish is made to share, savour, and enjoy.

Located in the heart of Ubud close to the Sacred Monkey Forest, our intimate venue is perfect for a delicious light lunch, happy hour tipple or dinner and comes alive in the evenings, with a vaulted ceiling, open kitchen, and alang-alang entryway that perfectly blends traditional Balinese charm with a contemporary feel.
